Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing doyna.ai or using the Doyna product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Doyna is operated by Summise SRL, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

2. The service

Doyna is an AI-powered email, document, and project intelligence platform. It is available as:

  • Doyna Cloud: a managed, single-tenant deployment hosted in the EU.
  • Doyna Self-Hosted: a Docker-based deployment on your own infrastructure.

3. Free trial

The free trial lasts 7 days. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, if you do not upgrade to a paid plan, all data is deleted within 24 hours. We will send one reminder email on day 6.

4. Pricing and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on the pricing page. Annual plans receive a discount equivalent to 2 months free. Prices are in EUR. All charges are non-refundable except within the first 14 days of an annual plan (prorated for actual usage).

5. Your data

You own your data. We do not own, claim, or license your emails, documents, or any content you process through Doyna. Specifically:

  • Your data is never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
  • Your data is never shared across customers (single-tenant architecture).
  • Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
  • You can export all your data at any time via the settings page.
  • On cancellation, we delete all your data within 60 days (cloud) or immediately (self-hosted).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Doyna to:

  • Process data you don't have the right to process
  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the AI models or algorithms
  • Exceed the usage limits of your plan via automation or API abuse
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

7. Availability and SLA

We target 99.9% uptime for Doyna Cloud. Self-hosted availability is your responsibility. We provide no SLA for the free trial. Enterprise customers receive a custom SLA as part of their agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

Doyna is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated answers, documents, or recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the settings page. Monthly plans end at the next billing cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days (prorated). On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the paid period, then data is deleted per section 5.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
