Doyna v0.1.34 ships: Meeting transcripts, Pulse standups, and 40+ AI tools

The release that turns Doyna into a full work OS. Meetings become searchable. Projects write their own standups. The AI assistant gains 17 new tools.

This is the release we've been building toward for two months. Doyna v0.1.34 brings the features that make Doyna feel less like an inbox with AI bolted on, and more like the private operating system for your work.

Meeting transcripts that actually stay with the work

Until now, meeting recordings lived in one place, transcripts in another, and the action items — if they even got captured — lived in someone's notebook. With v0.1.34:

  • Every LiveKit meeting is transcribed live via faster-whisper
  • Action items are extracted automatically and routed into Doyna Pulse
  • Every decision, every name, every number becomes searchable from the unified search bar the moment the meeting ends

No more digging through Google Drive for "that call where Sarah said the pricing thing." You just search for "pricing Sarah" and Doyna shows you the 40-second clip, the transcript, the attendees, and the follow-up tasks that came out of it.

Doyna Pulse: projects that write their own standups

Pulse is Doyna's project management layer. In v0.1.34 it graduates from beta:

  • Daily standup — Pulse generates a written standup every morning by reading yesterday's activity across email, meetings, commits, and task updates. No more "what did I do yesterday" slack messages.
  • Risk flags — tasks that haven't moved in X days, goals with no owner, sprints that are drifting — all surfaced automatically.
  • Hierarchical goals — OKRs → projects → sprints → tasks, all linked.

The first customer who turned it on removed a recurring 20-minute standup meeting from everyone's calendar in week one.

40+ AI tools in the orchestrator

The AI assistant now has a forty-tool toolbox it can call on demand. Search, draft, summarize, extract, compare, generate PPTX, generate PDF, schedule, reschedule, find a meeting slot, book a meeting, reconcile a CRM record, explain a clause, redline a contract, draft a reply, translate, transcribe, and more.

You don't pick the tool. You just ask the question — the orchestrator picks.

What's next

v0.1.35 is already in staging. The headline features:

  • BYO LLM on the self-hosted tier — point Doyna at any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (Azure OpenAI, vLLM, Ollama)
  • Fine-grained permissions for multi-team deployments
  • Mobile app (iOS + Android via React Native) in closed beta

If you've been waiting for a reason to try Doyna, v0.1.34 is it. Request a demo or grab the download from the button at the top of the page.
